Cathi Helm,

Cathi has been working in the PERM Immigration industry since 2010. In 2017, she co-founded ECH Immigration. She is dedicated and passionate about creating a positive impact for clients,  building relationships and helping clients to succeed. She finds the daily challenges of PERM recruitment strangely satisfying. 

In her limited free time, she enjoys quietly taking in nature poolside, spending time with grandchildren and traveling. Her greatest hope is a fair, just, peaceful and beautiful world for all.

Becca Fagnano, 

Chief Operations Officer

Becca has been with ECH from the very beginning, back in 2017. She gets an adrenaline rush from helping clients with SWA related issues. Every state and every site has their own side quest to complete that often creates delays in cases; nothing gives her a dopamine jolt faster than eliminating wasted time for a client and keeping their case moving forward.

Based in Florida, one would assume she loves being outdoors... Incorrect. She loves being inside with her cats doing a craft, listening to music or rewatching a show for the hundredth time.

Christina Shaffer, 

Sr. Account Manager

Christina has been with ECH since April of 2021. She’s our Sr. Account Manager and enjoys helping our clients simplify their PERM recruitment. One of her favorite things about the job is researching tiny, remote towns around the country. It’s challenging to find a newspaper sometimes, but so interesting to learn about different places and the people who live there. 

She lives in PA with her family, and in addition to working she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and playing videogames.

Taylor Caterbone, 

Sr. Financial & Client Engagement Specialist

Taylor joined ECH  in August of 2023.  She handles all of our accounting duties as well as various projects within the company to streamline processes and make things easier for our clients.  After starting her career in the manufacturing industry, she is enjoying learning all about PERM recruitment and immigration law as well as the continuous changes and challenges that go with it. 

Taylor resides in Lancaster, PA with her husband and two children. In her free time, she serves on the board of the Hooley School of Irish Dance Booster Club. She enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and loves a cover band.

Mike Stanley,

As a Florida native with a deep appreciation for the state’s natural landscapes and sunny weather, Mike has always been passionate about giving back to the community, especially through youth outreach programs. Mike's career journey has led him to specialize in VISA immigration advertising, where he helps clients navigate complex processes with clear and effective communication. He assists in navigating the complexities of immigration processes to help individuals pursue their dreams in the United States.

With a background in management and sales, Mike brings a strong understanding of client relations, team leadership, and strategic planning. He is driven by a commitment to service and growth, whether in business or community involvement. His diverse career has shaped an adaptable skill set, and he is always eager to contribute to causes that help others achieve their full potential. Mike’s goal is to continue leveraging his skills to make a meaningful impact, both professionally and through volunteer efforts.

Marissa Fagnano,

Marissa has been part of ECH since 2018. After a brief three-year adventure in Korea, she returned to the company in 2022. As an Account Executive, Marissa thrives on the fast-paced challenge of supporting clients and managing cases.

Currently based in Florida, Marissa shares her home with her fluffy orange cat, Zay. In her free time, she dives into fantasy novels, hosts creative themed dinner parties, and continues her journey of studying the Korean language.
